About me
My passion for rhythmic gymnastics goes back many years, when I started as a gymnast. In fact, I started my sports career in competitive aerobics. Back in 2007 I attended the Euskalgym rhythmic gymnastics event as a spectator, of which I would later be part of the organization, and I fell in love with this discipline.Since then, rhythmic gymnastics has been a constant in my life that has allowed me to develop as a person in different aspects and facets.
After my period as a gymnast, I completed, parallel to my university degree, the superior grade of Rhythmic Gymnastics Technician. During this training I acquired the necessary knowledge to train gymnasts from initiation level to high performance. Some of these skills are: basics of sports learning, handling of apparatuses, musical composition and specific training, physiological factors of high performance, psychological factors of high performance, and ballet and dance.
From work experiences in the United States, to my new stage as a coach and national judge in Germany, I have always continued to recycle myself and take advantage of all the opportunities that this precious sport has offered me.
Currently I am immersed in courses of different disciplines, such as coaching and physical therapy, which allow me to acquire new knowledge and continue improving the quality of my training.
